FERGUS FALLS, Minn. — The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 31-year-old Wiley Tschida of Perham in connection with several burglary and theft incidents in the area. Tschida was taken into custody on December 2.
The string of break-ins began in October, and Tschida now faces charges related to burglary and theft. Authorities are urging anyone with additional information about these crimes to come forward as the investigation continues.
