Visa Fraud Case: Mihir and Chirag Patel Arrested in Delhi

The Delhi Police have arrested four individuals in connection with an alleged visa fraud case, as confirmed by police sources. The accused are currently in the custody of the Gujarat Police, and further investigations are ongoing, according to officials.

The arrests include two individuals from a consultancy firm in Gujarat, along with two visa applicants. This action follows a complaint filed by the US Embassy in New Delhi on June 20, which prompted urgent action from the Delhi Police and the Central government regarding the fraudulent activities linked to the accused from Mehsana district.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Mihir Maheshbhai Patel, the owner of ‘Vision Overseas’ in Kadi, Gujarat, and his employee, Chirag Labhubhai Patel. The visa applicants involved are Nehaben Laljibhai Patel (26) and Pinkal Shaileshbhai Patel (24), all residents of Mehsana, as reported by the police.
