The Coimbatore Police have arrested Viji, 50, and his friend Kumaresan, 45, in connection with the murder of Viji’s brother, Maruthamuthu, 41. The crime took place in Narasimhanaickenpalayam on Tuesday.
According to the police, Viji and Kumaresan, both autorickshaw drivers, allegedly killed Maruthamuthu, a construction worker, following a dispute. The authorities have launched an investigation to determine the motive behind the murder, with further legal actions pending against the suspects.
