Utica Woman Arrested for Grand Larceny After Stealing Wallet at McDonald’s

UTICA, N.Y. – A 37-year-old woman from Utica, Nicole Williamson, is facing grand larceny charges after a theft incident at a McDonald’s in South Utica.

On February 7, the Utica Police Department responded to a call regarding a suspect who had rummaged through a victim’s belongings and stolen her wallet, which contained both cash and credit cards. After speaking with witnesses and gathering information, officers began searching the area.

Within a short time, the police located Williamson nearby. Upon detaining her, officers found that she still had the stolen wallet and its contents in her possession. She was subsequently taken to the Utica Police Department and charged with grand larceny.
