Tyler Bathalon Arrested for Multiple Charges in St. Johnsbury

Tyler Bathalon, a 32-year-old man from Irasburg, was arrested in St. Johnsbury on March 5, 2025, after being charged with criminal driving with a suspended license, false information to law enforcement, and identity theft following two separate incidents.

Bathalon was first stopped by Vermont State Police on January 22, 2025, after being observed committing a motor vehicle violation. He provided false identification to law enforcement at that time but was allowed to leave the scene.

On March 5, 2025, Bathalon was spotted committing another motor vehicle violation. After further investigation, troopers identified him as the individual from the previous incident who had falsely identified himself. Bathalon was arrested and charged accordingly.

Bathalon was processed at the St. Johnsbury Barracks and released with a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on March 31, 2025, at 8:30 a.m..
