Two Massachusetts Men Arrested in New Hampshire Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Trafficking Bust

Two Massachusetts men were arrested on March 6, 2025, following a months-long narcotics investigation by the New Hampshire State Police into the sale and trafficking of fentanyl and methamphetamine in the Concord area.

Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez, 28, of Dorchester, MA, and Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos, 23, of Dedham, MA, were taken into custody after a traffic stop conducted by the Narcotics Investigations Unit (NIU).

The men face serious narcotics charges, including controlled sales of fentanyl and methamphetamine greater than 5 ounces. Guzman De Los Santos also faces a felony charge related to the unlawful use of a firearm.

During their arrest, authorities seized over two pounds of methamphetamine, approximately 400 grams of fentanyl, and an illicit firearm.

Both Lopez Perez and Guzman De Los Santos are being held in custody pending an arraignment scheduled for March 6, 2025, in Concord District Court.
