Two Epping Residents Arrested in Drug Sale Investigation

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force, in coordination with the United States Marshals Service, arrested two Epping residents on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, after an investigation into the sale of controlled substances.

Arrests and Search Warrant Execution
Authorities arrested Kelsey Savage, 53, and Meagan Daly, 44, following the investigation. After their arrests, law enforcement executed a search warrant at their residence, resulting in the seizure of additional narcotics.

Both Savage and Daly were transported to Rockingham County Jail, where they were bailed and released by a Bail Commissioner. Officials stated that additional charges are expected to be filed in the coming days as the investigation continues.
