St. Paul police have arrested two individuals in connection to the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Dejuan Hemphill in November. Jehovah Mekieyale Nelson, 19, and Kenneth Eugene Terry IV, 18, were apprehended Thursday morning by the St. Paul SWAT team.
Both suspects are being held on suspicion of second-degree murder. The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office has confirmed that formal charges have been filed under seal. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the case.
