Tupelo, MS – Anthony W. Osborne, 43, was arrested on Christmas Day, December 25th, for his fourth DUI offense.
According to a press release from the Tupelo Police Department, officers conducted a traffic stop on West Jackson Street for traffic violations. During the stop, officers noticed signs that Osborne may have been under the influence. Further investigation revealed that Osborne had previous DUI charges.
He was arrested on misdemeanor charges and taken to the Lee County Jail. After additional investigation, Osborne was charged with driving under the influence for the fourth time.
Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen ordered that Osborne be held without bond as he awaits his court proceedings.
