WATERBURY, CT — Police in Waterbury arrested two juveniles and one adult on Friday following the theft of a Cadillac.
The individuals arrested include two 17-year-old males and 18-year-old Jenny Escobar. All three were charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. Notably, one of the juveniles was already under supervision with an electronic GPS ankle monitor due to a previous motor vehicle theft, prompting officers to issue a “take into custody” warrant for him.
