Tracy Davenport Sentenced for Scamming Pool Customers

CLARK COUNTY, Ind. — Tracy Davenport, the owner of Davenport Extreme Pools and Spas, was sentenced to prison for scamming her customers. In a Clark County court on Monday, Davenport admitted to accepting payments from clients for pool installations but never completing the work. As part of her plea agreement, she will serve four years in prison, followed by two years on house arrest and one year on probation.

Her defense attorney, Larry Wilder, shared that Davenport is now “ready to move on with her life” and to make amends to the victims of her actions. Davenport will also be required to pay restitution to the customers she defrauded.
