Toronto Police Arrest Man, Seek Accomplice in East York Robbery

Toronto police have released a photo of a man wanted in connection with a robbery investigation in East York. One suspect has been arrested, but authorities are still searching for the second individual involved.

Investigators say that the two men allegedly forced their way into an apartment and demanded personal property from the victims inside. During the incident, the suspects assaulted two victims, leaving them with minor injuries before fleeing the scene.

On Saturday, 32-year-old Masoud Ebrahimi of Toronto was arrested in connection with the robbery. He faces seven charges, including robbery, uttering threats, forcible confinement, assault, and failing to comply with a release order. Ebrahimi is scheduled to appear at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre on Monday, December 16.

However, police are still on the hunt for his alleged accomplice. The second suspect is described as a man in his 40s with a thin build, short hair, and an unshaven appearance. He is approximately five-foot-six.

Investigators are urging anyone with information about the second suspect to come forward and contact the police.
