TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Benjamin Alfano, 38, of Topeka, has been arrested following a reported domestic disturbance on Thursday, November 21. Officers from the Topeka Police Department (TPD) responded to the scene at the 1900 block of SE Adams just before 7:30 a.m.
Alfano was already wanted for a previous case of aggravated domestic battery. The TPD successfully deescalated the situation around 9:30 a.m. and took Alfano into custody.
He was booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on two charges of aggravated domestic battery.
