Timothy Robinson Arrested for Attempted Murder in Laurel County

Laurel County, KY — Timothy James Robinson, 40, has been arrested and charged with attempted murder after he allegedly shot a victim in the face in northern Laurel County.

The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office reports that Robinson went to a residence and fired a shot at the victim before fleeing the scene. Deputies said the victim sustained serious injuries.

Robinson was apprehended on Tuesday afternoon in the Branch Rd. East area. He faces charges of attempted murder, assault, and violating parole. Robinson is currently being held at the Laurel County Correctional Center.
