Timothy Daniel Nall, a 70-year-old former preacher, was arrested on Saturday in Tyler, Texas, following the issuance of a second warrant for child sex assault.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Office had announced on Friday that Nall was being sought in connection with a new child sex assault charge. The charges follow accusations of inappropriate behavior with a different child while he was employed as a pastor at a church in Mineola in 2023.
Nall, who resides in Holly Lake Ranch, had already been accused of similar behavior, and the sheriff’s office stated that he would face a $100,000 bond upon his arrest. He was booked into the Smith County Jail after his apprehension by Tyler police on Saturday.
