Three Fulton men were arrested and taken to the Callaway County Jail after an undercover narcotics operation caught them allegedly selling methamphetamine in a gas station parking lot.
According to court documents, a narcotics investigator working with the MUSTANG Task Force had a confidential informant (CI) attempt to purchase meth from Michael Braxton.
Undercover Drug Transaction
The CI reportedly handed cash to Braxton, who then spoke with two other individuals before they left the area. A short time later, a silver Mercedes arrived at the gas station.
Authorities identified the driver as James Wike and the passenger as Robert Winling.
Investigators said they saw Braxton pass the money to Wike and Winling. In exchange, Wike and Winling allegedly handed Braxton a gram of methamphetamine.
Following the transaction, officers moved in and arrested all three men.
