Three Arrested in Palm Beach Gardens Drug Bust

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) – Three individuals were arrested on Friday in Palm Beach Gardens following a drug bust that resulted in the seizure of various illegal substances, including an ounce of cocaine, pills, and methamphetamine.

The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department (PBGPD) launched an undercover operation that involved using a decoy cellphone to purchase Adderall from 34-year-old William Charles Griffis at his apartment located on Military Trail south of PGA Blvd.

At approximately 2:40 p.m., a blue Mitsubishi was seen arriving and dropping off a woman, later identified as 62-year-old Regina Maglio, whom Griffis referred to as his drug dealer. Maglio entered the apartment, and around 3:00 p.m., Griffis allegedly handed over a small bag containing 20 Adderall pills to the undercover officer.

After Griffis was detained, several individuals, including Maglio and 32-year-old Rhianne Unfer, exited the apartment. Officers obtained a search warrant for the residence, uncovering a range of narcotics inside.

The three suspects are now facing charges related to their involvement in the drug operation.
