Three Arrested in Naharlagun for Theft and Burglary Incidents

Naharlagun police arrested three individuals involved in a series of theft and burglary cases in the area. The arrests were part of an intensified crackdown aimed at ensuring the safety and security of Naharlagun residents. The operation was led by Inspector K. Dev, OC PS Naharlagun, and supervised by SDPO Naharlagun Rishi Longdo.

The individuals arrested have been identified as:

Lokap Bagang, Nikhil Barman , Tayu Taku

Naharlagun Superintendent of Police Mihin Gambo has urged the public to exercise caution when purchasing second-hand items such as cars, bikes, mobile phones, televisions, gas cylinders, and local ornaments. He warned that these items could be stolen property, and purchasing stolen goods is a punishable offense under the law.

The police have encouraged citizens to report any suspicious activities immediately, helping curb criminal activity in the region. Investigations are ongoing, and authorities remain committed to keeping Naharlagun safe from criminal elements.
