Three Arrested in Glendale for Organized Retail Theft in LA County

GLENDALE, Calif. (KFOX14) – The Glendale Police Department has arrested three suspects, Cheyla Ramirez, Ruben Lepiz Campos, and Rogelio Soriano, in connection to a series of organized retail thefts across Los Angeles County. The suspects are believed to have committed 10 thefts, including five grand thefts, between January and February of 2025.

Targeted stores included Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls, where stolen goods were allegedly resold. Investigators say that Ramirez and Campos were caught shoplifting at a TJ Maxx store, leading to their arrest. During the investigation, police uncovered a tool used to disable security sensors, detailed notes about resale operations, and approximately $2,000 worth of stolen merchandise.

The Glendale Police Department worked closely with TJ Maxx investigators to track down the suspects and gather evidence linking them to the thefts. All three individuals are facing charges related to organized retail theft and are currently in custody.
