Three Arrested in Daviess County Narcotics Trafficking Investigation

In Evansville, Indiana, authorities have arrested three individuals following a narcotics trafficking investigation conducted by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office. The arrests occurred after a search warrant was executed at the residence of Rebecca Denson on Helga Court on Tuesday.

During the search, investigators discovered and confiscated a variety of illegal substances, including methamphetamine, marijuana, multiple doses of LSD, heroin mixed with fentanyl, fentanyl pills, and glass pipes. They also found a loaded 9mm firearm on the premises.

Rebecca Denson, along with two accomplices, Justin Bowlds and Derwin White, was taken into custody and transported to the Daviess County Detention Center.

Denson faces several serious charges, including:

  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Fentanyl) (While Armed)
  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Meth) (While Armed)
  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (LSD) (While Armed)
  • Trafficking Marijuana 1st Offense (While Armed)
  • Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess (While Armed)

Bowlds and White are also facing a series of charges, including:

  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Fentanyl) (While Armed)
  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Meth) (While Armed)
  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (LSD) (While Armed)
  • Trafficking Marijuana 1st Offense (While Armed)
  • Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess (While Armed)
  • Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon

The investigation highlights ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat drug trafficking in the region.
