Araria police have successfully busted a cellphone theft gang, arresting three individuals from the region. The arrested men, identified as Firoj Kumar, Gulson Kumar, and Imran Mallick, were found in possession of six high-end cellphones and a motorcycle, according to Araria SP Anjani Kumar.
The bust followed the filing of two FIRs at the Araria police station concerning recent cellphone thefts. Authorities acted swiftly on the complaints, leading to the arrest of the trio and the recovery of stolen property.
The investigation is ongoing, and the police are working to determine if the arrested individuals are linked to other theft cases in the area.
