The Coimbatore City Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the cheating of a Kerala-based businessman out ofRs3.91 crore, orchestrated by two residents of Coimbatore.
The arrested suspects include Pon Muruganandam, 56, from Arumuganeri in Thoothukudi district; Balaji, 35, from Kalakkad in Tirunelveli district; and S. Rajanarayanan, 48, from Old Chettikulam in Tirunelveli district. The arrests were made on Monday as the investigation into the fraudulent activities continues.
