BISMARCK, N.D. — Thomas Hutcheson, a man from Bismarck, was arrested on November 29 after being charged with aggravated assault and domestic violence. Officers responded to a 911 call, where it was reported that Hutcheson had choked and headbutted his girlfriend. His bond has been set at $5,000, and a jury trial is scheduled for March 19, 2025.
