The Nakodar city police have arrested the third accused in a motorcycle theft case. Navdeep, also known as Nikhil, from Mohalla Guru Nanakpura, was apprehended by the police. Investigating Officer (IO) Sukhdev Singh confirmed that Navdeep’s two accomplices had already been arrested earlier.
A case under Section 303(2) (theft) of the BNS was registered against the accused. The police recovered five stolen motorcycles and an Activa scooter from their possession, which were linked to the thefts.
The investigation is ongoing as police continue to gather evidence and seek to identify any other possible stolen vehicles.
