Terrance Jones, 52, Charged in Philly Sex Trafficking Ring

Philadelphia, PA – Pennsylvania authorities have dismantled a large-scale human trafficking operation led by 52-year-old Terrance Jones, who, along with multiple accomplices—including his own daughter—exploited vulnerable women struggling with substance abuse.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry announced the arrests on Tuesday, revealing that Jones ran the operation by recruiting drivers to transport victims to clients who purchased sex. Investigators said the victims were repeatedly exploited and assaulted.

Officials stated that at least 25 people were involved in the trafficking network, which primarily operated in Philadelphia. Jones allegedly deceived women by pretending to be a woman himself to lure them into his scheme.

“As all human traffickers do, he dehumanized these young women and used them as a commodity to further his trafficking enterprise,” Henry said during a press conference.

Authorities are continuing their investigation and expect additional charges against those involved.
