Ten Indicted on Drug Trafficking Charges in Ohio County

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia announced that 10 individuals have been indicted on federal charges related to drug trafficking in Ohio County, with allegations involving the distribution of fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine.

Eight of the defendants are now in custody and face various charges, with some also accused of unlawful firearm possession. Those arrested include:

  • Antoine Blanchard, aka “Reggie” and “Cadillac Hill,” 49, Steubenville, Ohio – charged with cocaine and methamphetamine distribution.
  • Harold Wayne Nice, 40, Wheeling, West Virginia – charged with methamphetamine distribution.
  • Robert Kelly Rogers, 51, Wheeling, West Virginia – charged with methamphetamine and heroin distribution.
  • Charles Smith Rippy, 69, Wheeling, West Virginia – charged with distributing cocaine base.
  • Stephen J. Booker, aka “Flock,” 31, Wheeling, West Virginia – charged with methamphetamine, heroin distribution, and firearm possession.
  • Alyssa Marie Abrigg, 33, Wheeling, West Virginia – charged with fentanyl and methamphetamine distribution.
  • Don Speir McFarland, 30, Wheeling, West Virginia – charged with fentanyl and methamphetamine distribution.
  • Jeremy Brandon Evans, 35, Columbus, Ohio – charged with intent to distribute methamphetamine and unlawful firearm possession.

U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld expressed confidence in the ongoing law enforcement actions and noted that combined efforts in treatment and prevention are essential for tackling addiction in West Virginia communities.
