Telvin Hill Charged with Two Counts of Burglary in Parma, Missouri

PARMA, Mo. (KBSI) — Telvin Hill, a resident of Parma, has been charged with two counts of burglary following an incident on January 2, 2025.

Deputies from the Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office and a trooper from the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to reports of a burglary in Parma. After collecting evidence, authorities established probable cause to arrest Hill.

Hill was located at a nearby residence and arrested. During his arrest, deputies found several items of stolen jewelry in his possession.

Further investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at another home in Parma on Friday, where additional stolen property was recovered. The investigation uncovered a second victim, who was unaware that her home had been burglarized.

Authorities believe Hill gained access to the second home through an unlocked window while the victim slept nearby. Investigators suspect Hill may have been targeting vacant houses and homes with elderly residents.

New Madrid County Prosecutor Andrew Lawson has formally charged Hill, and he is currently being held without bond at the Mississippi County Jail.
