FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — Tammi Neal, 54, is facing a murder charge after authorities say she fatally stabbed George Yorn, Jr., 44, during a domestic dispute in Ridgeway.
Fairfield County deputies responded to a home on Salutation Lane around noon on Wednesday. Upon arrival, they found Yorn with a knife wound to his chest. Despite efforts to provide aid, Yorn was pronounced dead at the scene.
Neal, who also lived at the residence, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Fairfield County Detention Center. She is currently awaiting arraignment.
