Tamil Nadu Native A. Selvakumar Arrested for Fake Lottery Ticket Scam

The Museum Police arrested A. Selvakumar, a native of Tamil Nadu, on Monday for attempting to claim the first prize of the Monsoon Bumper lottery using a fake ticket.

The accused, identified as A. Selvakumar from Tirunelveli, reportedly forged the ticket himself, which included forged signatures of the Department Director, a QR code, and other security features. After presenting the fraudulent ticket to the Lottery Directorate, officials quickly identified the scam. They alerted the Museum Police, who arrested Selvakumar and his accomplice.

The police are continuing their investigation into the case, and further details are expected as the investigation progresses.
