Stephanie Kincaid Arrested for Grand Theft and Fraud in Oroville

The Oroville Police Department has arrested Stephanie Kincaid, a 32-year-old resident, on charges of grand theft, fraudulent use of credit cards, and grand theft from an elderly adult.

On October 1, police received a distress call about an 84-year-old resident who had been defrauded of nearly $6,000. During their investigation, officers discovered that the funds were stolen through unauthorized use of the victim’s bank cards by someone the victim knew.

After gathering sufficient evidence, police arrested Kincaid on Wednesday. She now faces felony charges related to the incident, including grand theft and credit card fraud aimed at an elderly victim.
