Stacey Vander Kinter Charged with Embezzling $90K from Clients

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) – A Bismarck woman has been charged with embezzling nearly $90,000 from clients of her travel agency, Vanderkinter Travels.

According to police, 55-year-old Stacey Vander Kinter admitted to stealing funds from clients who had made travel payments through a Texas-based business. She reportedly told investigators that she used the stolen money to support a gambling addiction.

Vander Kinter’s bond has been set at $2,000. Her preliminary court appearance is scheduled for June 16.
