Sooraj K. Arrested for Series of House-Break Thefts in Dakshina Kannada

The Dakshina Kannada district police have arrested Sooraj K. (36), a resident of Uppala in Kasaragod district, Kerala, for his involvement in a series of house-break thefts reported across Puttur, Kadaba, Bantwal, and Vitla police station areas in 2024.

On Friday, police recovered 200 grams of gold ornaments, valued at Rs18 lakh, along with a car from the arrested individual. Sooraj K. is alleged to have carried out seven thefts within the district, and the recovery of the stolen items has led to further investigation.
