Six Arrested in Retail Theft Operation at The Woodlands Mall

A targeted operation aimed at curbing retail theft in The Woodlands resulted in six arrests on January 11, 2025. Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Reduction Unit, along with officers from The Woodlands Patrol Division, Shenandoah Police Department, and retail theft investigators, collaborated to crack down on thefts at The Woodlands Mall and surrounding areas.

Among the arrested were:

Antiono Spruell, 31, of Houston, TX, charged with felony theft
Lisa Andrew, 46, of Magnolia, TX, charged with class B theft
Ashley Wolk, 33, of Houston, TX, charged with class B theft
Marco Ramos, 48, of Spring, TX, charged with class B theft and an outstanding aggravated assault warrant from Massachusetts
Yajaira Molina, 28, of Houston, TX, charged with class C theft
A juvenile male, charged with class C theft
Molina and the juvenile were issued citations and released, while the remaining suspects were taken to Montgomery County Jail.

Law enforcement uncovered that Spruell and Molina were involved in a multistate theft ring operating in both Texas and California. A total of $2,850 worth of stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to retailers.
