Shootout Near Ron Kirk Pedestrian Bridge Leaves Two Dead, Two Arrested

A violent shootout near the Ron Kirk Pedestrian Bridge in Dallas late Monday night resulted in two deaths and three people hospitalized, authorities report. The gunfight between two groups led to the tragic deaths of 18-year-old Abdulla Al Badry and 20-year-old Osvaldo Gutierrez, both of whom succumbed to their injuries at the hospital.

Police arrived at the scene to find three individuals with gunshot wounds, while two others managed to drive themselves to a nearby hospital for treatment. In connection with the shooting, police arrested 18-year-old Manuel Alvarez and 19-year-old Fernando Sanchez, who now face charges of aggravated assault and murder.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing as authorities work to uncover more details surrounding the deadly altercation.
