Monroe, WI – Shone Bagley, a 54-year-old man from eastern Wisconsin, was sentenced to prison after being convicted of stealing over $54,000 from the 401(k) funds of employees at a Monroe-based in-home nursing care company. Bagley was sentenced to three years of initial confinement and five years of extended supervision.
A jury found Bagley guilty in December 2024, after he was accused of using the stolen funds for personal expenses. In addition to his prison sentence, Bagley was ordered to pay full restitution to the victims affected by his actions.
