The arrest took place on Saturday, March 8, at approximately 10:45 p.m. when the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office stopped an Acura SUV with a fake, handwritten license plate in Fernley, Nevada. During the stop, a K9 unit detected the presence of narcotics, prompting a vehicle search.
