Vero Beach, Fla. (CBS12) – A Vero Beach woman has been arrested for sextortion after allegedly leaking nude photos and videos when the victim refused to give her money or lie to law enforcement about her husband’s case.
According to the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office (IRCSO), 38-year-old Shantee Frazier sent the victim threatening messages, warning they would “end up butt naked in the middle of a tarp begging for their kid’s life.”
Deputies say Frazier pressured the victim to lie to police in an ongoing investigation involving her husband. She also tried to extort money, sending a text saying, “Lennie said he needs some money, are you gonna put any in his account?”
When the victim refused, Frazier distributed their intimate photos and videos.
Frazier was arrested and booked into the Indian River County Jail on one count of extortion or threats and one count of sexual cyber harassment. The investigation is ongoing.
