In a swift police operation, two individuals have been arrested in connection with a theft that occurred in Mango’s Jawahar Nagar area between January 10-11. The primary thief, Shahrukh Khan, alias Alien, along with Md Saif Ali, who had bought the stolen goods, were apprehended by the police.
The stolen items recovered from the suspects include three mobile phones, silver anklets, and Rs 3,500 in cash. The theft involved three houses, and following a complaint by the victims, the stolen items were traced back to the criminals.
Deputy Superintendent of Police BP Singh praised the swift action by the police force, saying, “We were able to catch the culprits within hours, and we are currently working to apprehend the remaining suspects.”
The investigation is ongoing, and the police are determined to catch all individuals involved in the crime.
