The Shahkot police have arrested three persons for stealing wheat bags from a flour mill. The accused have been identified as Jaswindar Singh from Burrewal village, Balwindar Singh from Chak Hathianna village, and Gurcharan Singh from Patokhurd village.
Manjit Singh, a resident of Burrewal village, filed a complaint stating that the accused broke into his flour mill and stole two bags of wheat on May 24. A case has been registered, and police are investigating the matter further.
In a separate incident, police also arrested Arjun Parsad, a migrant from Uttar Pradesh currently living in Ludhiana, on charges of stealing cash from a house.
