In a major drug bust on Saturday, Perumbavoor pseven individuals involved in the illegal distribution of chemical drugs and cannabis. The arrests were made during a coordinated raid under Operation Clean Perumbavoor ,Perumbavoor ASP Mohit Rawat , withDistrict Police Chief Vaibhav Saxena .
The arrested suspects are Vimal (22) , VVishaka (21) ,Praveen (25), all from Vengola; Vishnu Saju (22) from Arakkapady ;Adhithyan (25) fPulluvazhy; Appu (27) forTo be confused; and Rinas (24) fMannancherry. Police seized 30 grams of chemical drugs and *cannabis during the raid. According to the authorities, the drugs were sourced from foreign nationals in Bengaluru .
