Second Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested in Windsor, Two Still At Large

Windsor Police have arrested Brian Hands, 38, as the second suspect in a December 28 armed robbery incident in the 200 block of Lauzon Road. Hands was arrested on Friday at the Essex County OPP detachment and is now facing charges for robbery and assault with a weapon.

Along with Hands, 33-year-old Kyle Heywood, 37-year-old Joseph Talbot, and 36-year-old Jesse Broadfoot were implicated in the robbery. Talbot, 37, was arrested on Thursday in the 1000 block of Pillette Road, but Heywood and Broadfoot remain at large.

The Windsor Police Service’s Major Crimes Unit is requesting assistance from the public. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Heywood and Broadfoot is encouraged to contact them at 519-255-6700 ext. 4830 or provide anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477.
