Schaghticoke Man Tyler Pace Sentenced to 5 Years on Drug Charges

SCHAGHTICOKE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Tyler Pace, a resident of Schaghticoke, has been sentenced to five years in state prison in connection with a drug sale case. Pace was arrested on July 19, 2024, after deputies executed a search warrant at his Main Street apartment in Schaghticoke. The search uncovered over two ounces of fentanyl and cocaine, along with explosive devices, scales, packaging materials, and cash.

Pace pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on January 30, 2025. Following his prison term, he will serve two years of probation. The case was prosecuted by Rensselaer County Assistant District Attorney Spencer Lane.
