Ronald Hall Jr. Arrested in Fatal Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 48-year-old Baltimore man, Ronald Hall Jr., has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with a fatal shooting earlier this month.

The incident occurred on May 11, around 6:45 a.m., when police responded to a report of shots fired in the 3500 block of 2nd Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 37-year-old Albert Manning suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.

Following an investigation, Ronald Hall Jr. was identified as the suspect. He was arrested on May 28 without incident and taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility.

Hall Jr. now faces the following charges:

First-degree murder

Second-degree murder

Assault

Multiple handgun violations

Police have not disclosed a possible motive at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.
