Roger Black & Noah Harris Arrested in Bradley with Drugs

BRADLEY, Maine — Authorities arrested two men on Sunday following a traffic stop in Bradley, where deputies discovered crack cocaine and suspected fentanyl in their vehicle.

According to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office, deputies had been tracking 47-year-old Roger Black, a Bradley resident, who was driving a black Mercedes around 2:45 p.m. Deputies were aware that Black had a suspended license and an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous criminal traffic offense. When they pulled Black over, they found that his passenger, 23-year-old Noah Harris, also had a warrant for his arrest and was out on bail.

During the stop, deputies found crack cocaine and suspected fentanyl in the vehicle. Both Black and Harris were arrested on their warrants. In addition to the outstanding warrants, Harris was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violation of conditional release.
