Robert Spano Arrested in Utica for December Burglary

A burglary investigation in Utica, New York, has led to the arrest of 47-year-old Robert Spano. The investigation began after a victim reported that an acquaintance had been stealing tools and other equipment from his garage on December 20.

The victim claimed that he had previously lent the suspect an item, and upon returning home, discovered the suspect removing items from the garage. When confronted, the suspect fled the scene. However, a positive identification of the suspect was later made.

On January 15, Utica police located and arrested Spano. He has been charged with burglary and petit larceny in connection with the theft.
