Robert Siniscalchi Accused of Inappropriate Contact

Dutchess County, NY (WRGB) — A Hyde Park man is facing criminal charges after being accused of inappropriate physical contact with students at Arlington High School.

Robert Siniscalchi, 68, was arrested on June 3, 2025, following a month-long investigation by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities say the allegations involve three students during the 2024–2025 school year.

Siniscalchi is a non-teaching employee of Arlington High School. He now faces three misdemeanor counts each of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.

Following his arrest, Siniscalchi was processed and released on appearance tickets. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of LaGrange Court on June 17, 2025.

The investigation, which includes cooperation from the Arlington Central School District, is ongoing.
