Rico Henderson Arrested After Causing 6-Vehicle Crash in Raleigh

SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. (WMC) — A man is behind bars after causing a six-vehicle crash in Raleigh. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reported that 45-year-old Rico Henderson was responsible for the chain of collisions.

According to deputies, Henderson crashed his vehicle into a parked car, pushing it into three other vehicles. He then veered off the road and struck a garage, hitting another vehicle inside.

The incident took place in the area of Northwood Hills Drive. Authorities say Henderson had been drinking before the accident.

He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and is now facing multiple charges, including driving under the influence (DUI), reckless driving, and striking a fixed object.
