Rhiley M. Soto-Gutierrez Arrested for Burglary at Saratoga Drive-In

A 19-year-old woman, Rhiley M. Soto-Gutierrez from Schuylerville, was arrested in connection with a burglary at Farmer’s Daughter’s Drive-In in the town of Saratoga. On Sunday, at around 9:49 a.m., the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary complaint. Soto-Gutierrez is accused of unlawfully entering the business, where she stole money and merchandise and caused damage to equipment.

She was charged with felony third-degree burglary, misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief, and petit larceny. After being arraigned, Soto-Gutierrez was released on her own recognizance.
