Ramanathapuram district police have successfully cracked the murder case of an elderly woman, Lakshmi, who was found dead in her house near Uchipuli on Tuesday. The police arrested Mareeskumar (35), a local resident from Nagachi, on Wednesday in connection with the crime.
The murder investigation was swiftly carried out, leading to Mareeskumar’s arrest. Police are now working on determining the motive behind the crime and any possible connections to other cases in the area.
