The Kunnathunadu police have arrested Rajesh George, a 51-year-old man from Pathanamthitta, currently residing in Kottayam, for fraudulently collecting money from a shop in Pattimattam.
On August 14, George reportedly convinced a woman employee at the shop that the owner owed him money, tricking her into handing over a sum of cash. The police acted swiftly after the incident was reported and apprehended George for his deceptive actions.
